Refund policy
At StreetWearStyles, we take pride in providing exceptional customer service. Your satisfaction matters, so we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase, no matter where you are located. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and returned in the manufacturer’s packaging. Returns that do not follow these requirements may incur a 10% deduction from the refunded amount.
If you are exchanging an item, the return shipping cost is your responsibility, except in cases where we sent the wrong item.
Exceptions:
- Personalized or custom-printed clothing cannot be returned. This includes items with names, numbers, or designs added during the ordering process.
- Standard items that include pre-selected designs may be returned at the discretion of our management. Please contact our customer support before initiating such returns.
How to Return:
- Include all tags and original packaging.
- Add a note specifying whether you want a refund or an exchange.
- Faulty items must be returned within 5 working days (UK) or 10 working days (international) with all packaging and tags.
- International customers outside the EU should mark their packages as “UK Return” on customs labels to avoid extra charges.
